You’ll meet virtually or in-person with a VitalWell clinician or membership specialist. We’ll review your health goals, current routine, and any ongoing concerns, then walk you through how our membership works, pricing, and next steps. There’s no obligation to join.

Is this only for people with chronic conditions?

No. Many members join simply to understand their overall health better, improve energy and sleep, or stay ahead of future issues with proactive, preventative care. If you already have chronic conditions, we can help manage those too.

Do I need insurance to become a member?

You don’t need insurance to join. Many members use VitalWell alongside a high-deductible or catastrophic plan. We’ll walk you through how membership fits with your current coverage during the consultation.

How long does it take to get started after the consult?

If you decide to move forward, you can usually activate your membership and schedule your first comprehensive visit within 1–2 weeks—often sooner if you selected “ASAP” during the quiz.
