Do I have to pay when I book?

You will not be charged for any free consultation services. For paid services such as Telehealth visits, IV infusions, or physicals, you may be asked to securely add a payment method to hold your spot or pay prior to your visit, depending on the clinic’s policy.

Can I change or cancel my appointment?

Yes. You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your visit in most cases. Your confirmation email and/or SMS will include a link with options to manage your booking.

Are visits covered by insurance?

Coverage depends on your insurance and the specific service. Some patients use HSA/FSA funds, while others choose direct-pay for transparent pricing. Your clinician can provide documentation you may submit to your insurance.
